Our role, precisely
We identify the legal questions a project raises, frame them so they can be acted on, and connect the client with the competent professional — solicitor, notary or specialist counsel, depending on the jurisdiction involved.
We then handle coordination: making sure everyone has what they need, that deadlines hold, and that the commercial and legal documentation stay consistent with each other.
What we do not do
We do not give legal advice and we do not draft instruments. That line is firm, and it protects the client first: legal advice given by someone not qualified to give it binds no one, and is worth nothing on the day it has to be relied upon.
